Terms of Service

Every piece we sell is custom and made-to-order. Our artisans hand-paint each memorial from the photos and details you provide. As a result, no two pieces are identical, and small variations in color, glaze, and brushwork are a natural part of the craft — not a defect.

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe. You may pay with a major credit/debit card.
• An order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

Before your piece is fired, we share a digital preview of the hand-painted design. You may request one free revision at this stage. Once you approve the preview (or after a reasonable approval window has passed), we proceed to firing. Because production begins at this point, we cannot make changes afterward.

Each piece is made to order. Production typically takes up to two weeks, after which your order is carefully packaged and shipped. Delivery times vary by destination. Any import duties or taxes imposed by your country are your responsibility.

Because our pieces are custom and hand-painted to your pet, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, we want you to be delighted:

• Damaged in transit — if your piece arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will repair, replace, or refund it at no cost to you.
• Doesn't match the approved preview — if the finished piece differs materially from the preview you approved, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.
• Other issues — if something isn't right, tell us. We may offer a partial refund or another remedy on a case-by-case basis.

All content on this website — including text, images, product designs, and the artwork on our pieces — is owned by or licensed to Rainbow Paw Studio and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce or use it without our written permission.

You agree not to misuse the website, including any attempt to interfere with its operation, access data you are not authorized to see, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Our products are provided "as is" and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your order shall not exceed the amount you paid for the item in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Beijing, China, to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
